-Parents need it!  The majority of households now have Internet access.  Most parents have an email address and use it regularly to communicate with friends, relatives, co-workers, THE WORLD!  If you ask a parent, they would likely say that they would like to communicate with their school this way too!  A web site and email address is an easy and convenient way to communicate with working parents, stay-at-home moms, and people living in and out of the area.

 -Saves you time.  Do you feel like you are constantly telling parents the same thing over and over again?  If it’s posted on the web, you don’t have to.  All you’ll need to say is “Please see our web site for this information. ”

 -Saves you money - and paper!  Instead of printing 100 copies of the monthly calendar or newsletter, for example, you can post it on the web site.  Of course, you’ll want a few hard-copies for parents but not 100 - I promise!

 -Creates a competitive advantage in today’s growing Internet and email environment. Most preschools do not use the Internet and email to communicate with new and existing parents.  Your parents will be very impressed with your innovative approach to communication!
