Position: Administrative Assistant for Preschool Office

Job Description:
This position is to assistant in the preschool office with answering phones, filing, putting together child files, filling in in a classroom if needed. Welcoming families. Assisting teachers on the computer or with newsletters and helping to make flyers for the preschool or Synogogue.
 
Qualifications:
Must have computer skills, we use office 365, Microsoft office, and constant contact. Must be a self motivated. Friendly 6-12 ECE units is a plus but not mandatory. Having knowledge of Judaism is helpful.

Positions: Part Time 1 Year Old Teacher and Substitutes for All Ages

Gan B’nai Shalom Preschool is a preschool where children receive a stimulating, creative, and nurturing learning experience that provides them with the foundation to grow educationally, socially, and spiritually.

Teacher Qualifications:
Gan B’nai Shalom seeks experienced Preschool Teacher. Minimum 12 ECE units, and a minimum 2 years’ experience in a classroom environment. We are looking for someone who is creative, dependable, nurturing, has strong communication skills, and the ability to integrate Judaic content into the daily curriculum.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Lead a growing classroom of young children, in collaboration with a other teachers
  • Develop, lead, and implement a play-based and Judaic curriculum
  • Ensure students are in a safe environment that promotes social and academic development
We offer teachers a competitive salary, paid time off, paid federal and Jewish holidays as well a 2 weeks winter break and 1 week of Passover break paid time off.

Substitute Teacher Qualifications: Minimum of 12 ECE units.
