Happy Days Preschool is a ministry of Bay City Church in San Ramon. We are a Christian Preschool providing a warm, happy, loving environment where children can play, grow, and learn. We teach beginning phonics, colors, shapes, numbers, math, alphabet, language skills, reading skills, social and emotional development. We teach Bible stories, songs and prayers and we have a Bible building character word each month. We do not teach denomination because we want the children to be comfortable when they attend church with their families. We also include arts and crafts, science, cooking, music and movement, play centers, dramatic play and outdoor play. We build up the size of their classroom and their sitting and listening time getting them ready for Kindergarten.
Parent Testimonials: Happy Days Preschool
Happy Days is a fantastic school, and offers a wonderful series of programs for the children. Our son has enjoyed the preschool and after-school programs.
They also periodically host a "parent's night out," AKA Pajama Party for the children and siblings. Our boys LOVE this event, and are always sad when we pick them up at the end of the evening.
We've attended several preschools in the San Ramon area, and this is by far our favorite. The staff are amazing with the kids, and the facility is very nice, very clean, and well-stocked.

Happy Days Preschool has been the best thing to ever happen to my son! He LOVES it! The teachers are all so wonderful and make everything so much fun for him. He loves playing with all of the other great kids and really enjoys himself. I love all of the fantastic art projects and all of the wonderful songs he comes home singing. Happy Days has been such a wonderful blessing!

We love Happy Days Preschool! It has been a joy to take my 3 children, ages 13, 5, and now our 3 year old to Happy Days. Each child has a unique personality, and every child loved being apart of Happy Days! The preschool and daycare programs are wonderful. The staff is professional and care for each of our children. Staff turnover is very low. My oldest child's "Bunny" teacher is still at the site and is now the director.
I highly recommend Happy Days for your family!

During our search for preschools, what stood out about Happy Days was the low turnover, longevity of teachers there. When we visited with our son, it was the one school where he didn't cling on to me and felt at ease to explore. The director and teachers are warm, loving and accommodating. The children are sweet. Our son loves Happy Days, he's learning, growing, and it has made going back to work so much less stressful.

Both our children really enjoyed Happy Days Preschool. They have the perfect combination of love and learning. Our kindergartner attended Happy Days over the summer and was so happy and comfortable there that he was hoping to stay there for first grade!

Our son began going to Happy Days Preschool at 2 1/2 years old and wrapped up at 4 1/2 before heading to Transitional Kindergarten (2010-2012). There aren't enough positive words to describe the nurturing environment, the preschool curriculum and christian education our son received.
While money was a concern for us - especially living in an affluent community, but not with the affluent means as many of our neighbors - this affordable school was not "cheap" in the care and the curriculum he received. I don't think I have one complaint in the two years we were there for not only preschool, but before/aftercare as well.
They worked with the needs of our son academically and challenged him in ways we approved. And while he was a typical child to got into trouble from time to time - they communicated with us what was happening and we worked together to resolve outstanding issues.
The teachers are top notch and we miss seeing them daily!
