Position: Preschool Teacher
Location: Kids Kastle Childcare in Walnut Creek, CA Job Description: The Children at Kids Kastle is in need of a fun, loving, active, creative teacher. This teacher has to understand the "Preschooler"! (need I say more)? Kids Kastle is growing from Family Childcare to a Center-based program. Fall 2017 we plan to relocate to our New site in Pleasant Hill CA. We're hoping that our new Pre-K teacher will relocate with us, therefore we need a teacher with a min. of 9-ece units. Infant-Toddler units is a plus. All teachers are in charge of preparing and implementing their own theme based daily curriculum. Teachers are responsible for keeping their classroom in tip top shape. Teachers will be required to change diapers, and aid in potty training. We only want applicants that really understand the young child and is schooled in Early Childhood Development! We at Kids Kastle as a staff; work hard to make sure that the young child is loved, feels safe, has developed attachments with their community of peers and teachers. In an ongoing staff developing program, our teachers are required to attend seminars, online programs, Conferences to continue to stay updated on Early Childhood Education.
