Position: Full time Infant/Toddler Teacher
Location: Parkside Joyful Kids in Concord, CA

Job Description:
Parkside Joyful Kids Academy has been open since March. We have successfully supported our community during the pandemic, and we are continuously doing so.

We are looking for a loving and caring qualified Preschool Teacher for our infant and toddler program.

Responsibilities
Develop a careful and creative program suitable for infant / toddler
Employ a variety of educational techniques (storytelling, educational play, media etc.) to teach children
Observe each child to help them improve their social competencies and build self-esteem
Guide children to develop their artistic and practical capabilities through a carefully constructed curriculum (identify shapes, numbers or colors, do crafts etc.)
Organize nap and snack hours and supervise children to ensure they are safe at all times
Track children's progress and report to parents
Communicate with parents regularly to understand the children's background and psyche
Collaborate with other educators
Maintain a clean and tidy classroom consistent with health and safety standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
We have implemented child care center safety operation according to licensing and CDC guidelines. We provide mask and face shield to teachers at work. We installed additional device to disinfect every class rooms daily. Our preschool is safe for all.
Qualifications:

• Have at least 1 year of working experience in preschool centers\
  
• Excellent understanding of the principles of child development and preschool educational methods
• Excellent communication and instructional skills
  
• Cool-tempered, friendly and reliable
  
• Balance between a creative mind and a practical acumen
  
• A team player
