Job Description
The Toddler Teaching Assistant will work with children 18 months to 3 years old. We are looking for a collaborative, positive and nurturing person that is passionate about children and the Montessori approach to education. This position requires love, patience and respect for children.
 
This individual will work approximately from 9:00am – 6:00pm in the classroom during the 2021-2022 school year. Compensation is dependent upon education and experience.
 
Qualifications
– Minimum 12 ECE units required
– Meet all state licensing requirements
– Experience working with young children (1+ years of experience preferred)
– Passionate about Montessori Approach
– Understanding of, sensitivity to, and respect of the diverse academic, socio-economic, cultural, abilities, and ethnic backgrounds of staff, children and their families
